Eric Tompkins, Owner/Consultant

I've always had a passion for communication, technology and innovation.  Even in the early years of the internet, I took programming classes, read countless books and articles, all in an effort to learn new and exciting ways to communicate via the internet.  As the power of the web has grown, so has my knowledge, and understanding of web-based applications and solutions.  What started off as a hobby, has developed into a full-blown career.

I have had the privilege of leading several project teams in the development, implementation, and launching of highly complex websites, enterprise-wide software applications, and e-commerce solutions for universities, research and development organizations, small/medium sized businesses, membership organizations, and many more.

It is my passion for innovation in technology that has led to me to become an entrepreneur, a small-business owner, working with other small business owners, especially those located in Palmdale, Lancaster and the Antelope Valley, looking for ways to increase revenues, leverage the power of social media and the internet, and create streamlined, cost-effective, web-based tools that help to deliver high quality customer service. iDesign Web Solutions was created to meet the needs of fellow small business owners who need powerful, user-friendly websites.  We believe we have achieved this goal, by working closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and developing sound strategies for delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Currently, my wife, 3 children (2 girls and a boy) in the Antelope Valley, located in northern Los Angeles County.  I love spending time with my family, going to Disneyland, playing at the Colorado River, and wrestling in the living room with the kiddos.
